Your card or QR code
Open Cards & QR in your dashboard. Download your code or copy your profile link. Program the full HTTPS link onto a writable NFC card. If your organizer gave you a managed card, enter its ID and separate activation code.
Payments not showing
An external payment remains pending until you verify it in the payment app. Card payments must be confirmed by Stripe. Refresh your history; never treat an error or a customer screenshot as provider verification.
Bank payouts
Open Payments in your dashboard and review the status. Complete any Stripe requirements and manage your bank details in your Stripe dashboard.
Test mode
Test mode is clearly labeled and contains sample transactions. External-app links are disabled in test mode so the pilot cannot accidentally send real money through those links.
